Hello, I am Helen and I can help.

I am a fully trained exercise professional and I offer private and group exercise sessions to allow people to feel more flexible, more healthy and regain strength.

What next?

Follow 5 simple steps to more forward !

1.Find a suitable time when you can afford time to sit quietly for a while?

2. Find, a yoga mat. A cushion will do very well. Wear comfortable clothes.

3. Find a calm space for a mat. Set the timer or phone for 5 mins.

4. Sit on your mat cross legged and close your eyes ….connect to your body listen to your breath extending the exhales when you can. 4 breaths in through the nose and 4 breathes out through the mouth - repeat 3 times!

5. Make a decision to change your routine for the better

Who am I?

Hello!

I am a UK registered and qualified advanced Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Exercise for Cancer Professional.

I am also a 500 hour Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher.

I also teach Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates and Kettlebells !

When I am not delivering exercise classes, I work within the community as a nutrition and wellbeing coach, helping people navigate healthier lifestyles . I look at individual physical activity levels, review nutrition choices and encourage stress management.

I believe, you don’t always have to have a hard workout to feel and look better .

Regular balanced exercise helps you emotionally, physically and spiritually - which in turn can have a beneficial impact to healthier nutritional habits and lifestyle!

Every 10 minutes counts and helps..

I know how hard it is to find your time with a family , as I have one too!

We all need to find our balance!

 
 

What I offer…. Online/Private Classes

  • Group Classes

    Maybe you would like to join a small group class to keep you motivated.

    A community of likeminded ladies sharing a common goal helps you commit to regular training.

    Everyone needs help sometimes even if they need restorative exercise for menopasue or simply to help cardio fitness.

    All you need to participate is to download zoom.

    I run weekly sessions for strength using weights and yoga with Pilates. You can join anytime and pay monthly. Join us for a free trial.

  • Build it Privately

    Maybe you prefer a private session designed with your specific needs. Do you suffer from back pain, or menopausal side effects?

    We can design an hourly session during the week and you can fit in a workout or stretch for your lifestyle.

    You need simply to commit to 4-8 weeks of regular sessions to notice the routine starting to form and benefits start to be noticed.

    The private sessions can be given locally if accessible or online.

    You will be pleased you started. Very suitable for ladies withy restricted time allocation and returning to exercise.
