Stretching is essential for maintaining flexibility and preventing injuries. It aids in muscle recovery and promotes better posture. In this class we use various stretching techniques, including static and dynamic. We also use resistance bands to help build resilience and develop reach.

Join me for a dynamic ,low impact class to help with postural alignment and core strength as well as muscular strength.

Thursday 7pm - Gentle Yoga Flow

A gentle practice using breath work, dynamic and seated postures , as well as relaxation techniques. Each class is designed to meet the needs of participants of all levels, including beginners. Mindfulness and flexibility is practised and there is always the option to adapt poses to ensure comfort and encourage self-discovery .
