Evening Yoga is a rejuvenating practice that focuses on calming the mind and relaxing the body after a long day. It provides an ideal opportunity to unwind, enhance flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

We will use the breath and mindful awareness in our yoga flow to help stretch and relax.

A gentle dynamic flow with some seated and standing postures.

Good for beginners and more experienced yogis.

Please bring a mat and a small blanket.

Strength and Stretch

Resistance band training is a versatile and effective form of strength training that can benefit individuals of all fitness levels. These elastic bands are lightweight, portable, and can be used in various environments, making them an excellent option for home workouts, gym sessions, or travel.

One of the key advantages of resistance bands is their ability to provide variable resistance throughout the range of motion. Unlike traditional weights, which provide constant resistance, bands create more tension as they are stretched. This dynamic aspect helps engage muscles more effectively and can improve overall strength and stability.

We will use not only bands but also our body weight to help strengthen and tone.

The class also includes stretching to release daily tension in the body from the shoulders to the legs, as well as offering the essential abdominal toning exercises. We will finish with relaxation.

Please bring a mat and water, Small blanket/cushion optional.
