Evening Yoga is a rejuvenating practice that focuses on calming the mind and relaxing the body after a long day. It provides an ideal opportunity to unwind, enhance flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
We will use the breath and mindful awareness in our yoga flow to help stretch and relax.
A gentle dynamic flow with some seated and standing postures.
Good for beginners and more experienced yogis.
Please bring a mat and a small blanket.
