Yoga - What is all the fuss?

So you hear everyone around you talking about YOGA- but you have never tried!? Or you did try and felt it wasn’t for you?

Well, there is more then one style of YOGA - yoga is the group term - you can have a slow form of yoga such as Yin or a fast flowing style such as Vinyassa.

There are many more to try; Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Restorative, Yvengar etc and each us tend to prefer one style or another or even a combination.

Whichever style you would like to try, this truly is a great time to dive in. You can try YOGA online, in books , in studios, on Instagram, almost everywhere.

But why? What is the fuss?

When most people first come to yoga, it is because they have stiff shoulders or bad back and fell they need to stretch.

But soon, most of us realise we get much more then we expected..!

Regular yoga practice not only helps physically but also emotionally.

It can help you feel more balanced, focused and resilient to the outside world - that is what we all need right now!

Why not check in with yoga again if you are feeling vulnerable - or for non yogis give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
