Want to go for run but won’t?

 
 

So you want to go jogging or running but don’t know how to start? Best thing - don’'t think too much about it!

Pick a time that is more suitable for you. Maybe In the morning before you have time to give yourself a negative pep talk, throw on your shorts/running trousers and running shoes - and go! If you fear others will see you - go before others rise!

Does not matter where or what you look like, just as long as you are getting out and giving it a go.

Make it a routine, before it perhaps gets busy outside and no-one will ever know - your time and a secret to keeping you active.
